I have a visioneer Paperport 3100 flat bed scanner . when trying to access
it from shortcut get the following message
The SHELL32.DLL file is linked to missing export SHLWAPI.DLL:RegGetUSValueA
.I'm fairly new at this can anyone help with this message ?
Ian running window98  Cyrix 6x86  clocked at 3oo MHz 3.2 gig harddrive
with 60 Mb of ram 75% free resources at the present,
I can access the scanner through other programs like coral  and my photo
shop programs.
