I wish to have an external CD-R device which is PnP, and I wish to use it
on two computers (in two different places).

For Win95, is there any problem with the PnP that will cause changes in
the settings each time I attach or detach the device? (e.g. changing the
IRQ and COM settings for all other devices).

If there is a problem, is there an elegant way to deal with it?
