After recently putting a system together,  I realized that the HDD light is
always ON. I have Windows 98 and it works fine, my only concern is that I
don't know when my HDD is spinning or not.  I already check all the cable
specially the HDD led and it's properly connected according to the Mainboard
specification.

me a line.
