Dear Dorothy,

Thank you for contacting Hewlett-Packard's Commercial Solutions Center.

This is with reference to your e-mail regarding the HP Business notebook
Nx6325.
From the information provided in your e-mail, we understand that you would
like to increase the RAM on your notebook.
We would like to inform you that the maximum amount of memory that is
supported on the notebook is 4GB. Please visit the following web-link that has the
technical specifications of the notebook:
_http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12447_na/12447_na.HTML_
(http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12447_na/12447_na.HTML)
The technical specifications of the memory module for your notebook is:
512MB, 533MHz, 240-pin, PC4200, DDR2 SDRAM Small Outline Dual In-Line Memory
Module (SODIMM)
There are 2 memory slots for the notebook. So along with the 512 MB RAM
which is present in the notebook, you could add one more memory module.
Normally all e-mails are routed to the North American region because of
which we would not be able to ship any parts and accessories to your region
through e-mail support.
We would suggest you to contact local HP support in UK to purchase the
memory modules. The phone support numbers for Business notebooks and laptops is
0870 842 2339 (Mon-Fri 8.00-18.00 except Bank Holidays).
Please e-mail us for any further assistance. We would be glad to assist you.

Once again, thank you for contacting Hewlett-Packard's Commercial Solutions
Center.
Warm Regards,
HP e-Services
