I have a Pentium 200 with 64 mb ram and 4 gig hard drive. My problem is that
after using my computer for a while, sometimes up to an hour or sometimes 5
minutes, my mouse freezes and I need to reboot.

I had this problem when using Windows 95 so I repartitioned and formatted
then reinstalled Windows 98 second edition. I reloaded my other programmes,
basic stuff, Office97, Virus checker, Mavis Typing tutor and my Internet
software. But the mouse is still freezing. It doesn't happen on just one
specific programme but it's happening on all the programmes.

I've bought a new mouse to no avail. Any suggestions on what to try next
would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Michael Murray
