Hello list,

I got that stick of memory, about 30 pins, 2 large chips and 1 smaller
on it. The different numbers and letters are:

On the stick : F T - 1A, 94V0
                2

Another side : Pat# 4656605 (twice)

On the large chips : big T, Japan 9139 HCZ TC514256AJ-80

On the small chip : Japan NEC D41256L-80 9124ED103

That's it... Anybody's got an idea what the stick is and where can I
stick it?
