  Since the Celeron 300A is hard-wired for a 4.5x multiple (4.5x 66 =
300), the only way to overclock is to adjust the motherboard bus speed.
SOME motherboards offer that feature.

  I have not been able to locate technical data for this board on the
web -- I *think* I might have heard that "PC Partner" had gone out of
business.  If you don't have a manual for the board, you may be out of
luck.
