Hi,
The motherboard is a K7SOM+ It is from ECS Elitegroup.
It lists the following:  Form Factor:MicroATX,
Chipset: SiS740/SiS962L,VGA/Audio/yes,yes,
Modem/LAN:No/Yes, DIMM/DDR:0/2,
ISA/PCI/AGP/CNR:0/2/0/1
Obviously I don't know what all that means.
