The first thing I would check would be the fan on the processor to see if it
running. This reminds me of an overheating problem I have had in the past.
When the errors are many and random, I check for overheating first.

Hello I am running Windows ME, Processor 200 megahertz Intel Pentium w/MMX,
HD 20 GB Sony CD RW 160 MB ram , DSL, Digital Camera. I have just recently
started to have all kinds of problems, blue screens error OE 0187 BFF8E64B
and error on Explorer to get to my email I have to boot my computer
sometimes 3 or 4 times I have allot of pictures and favorites that I have
collected over a period of time, I would like to know if it is the mother
board or the memory, I want to format again but I don't want to lose my
pictures, and if I do would I have the same problem, or is it Windows ME or
the mother board, what can I do?
