When I start up my computer, which runs Win2000, intermittently my monitor will not come on. The hard drive is running and the monitor is on, but it seems as though no video signal is comming through. I use a Micron Millenia, 2.8G/ 512MB Pent4 computer and the start up process usually begins with the MPC logo appearing on the screen, followed by the Microsoft 2000 prescreen, and so on. I can power down and restart and it will start up normally. Is this a failing video card? This seems to be the only sympton or irregularity. Anyone else have these sypmtoms?

Thanks!!
