I built an athlon system just last week w/a Microstar board.  I use and like
them.  If I'm not mistaken, they're one of the boards that AMD recommends for
use with their chips.  If you check the AMD site, they give a list of
recommended boards for use w/each chip.  Microstar is one of them, although I
can't speak specifically to the K7 1G's.
