One of the easiest ways is to type "win" (no quotes) at the c:\ prompt
this will boot windows GUI interface
then download microsoft "tweak ui 1.33" at:
http://www.microsoft.com/ntworkstation/downloads/PowerToys/Networking/NTTwea
kUI.asp

cut and paste the whole url if it gets cut off in this post.
tweakui will allow you to change the boot option to boot GUI "graphical user
interface"
After you install tweakui it will appear in control panel, just double click
to run the program.

In tweakui click the "boot" tab and check the box that says: "start GUI
automatically"
Apply and exit tweakui and reboot.
this should fix the problem and your computer should boot GUI the next time

Subject: [PCBUILD] returning to windows

I went into the ms dos mode and now I can't get back to windows. When the
screen comes up it is at the C:\ prompt. It flashes the window 98 screen but
won't go to windows. Does anyone have an answer for this? Thank You
