I can't help with the PCI problem, but the way I do this is to restore to
the new drive, which will probably make a 2.1GB Partition, then upgrade to
Win98, the use Partition Magic to convert to FAT32, then resize the
partition with Partition Magic. Then defrag with Windows 98 when done.
