Joe,

Thanks for your response. I was a dealer at the time and, due to length of
time of purchase from my wholesaler, I had no reason to go back to them. At
that time it was my responsibility to the customer. KDS never once offered
to pay shipping and, believe me ~$58.00 to ship them was not
cool!(especially as I felt I had to pay this due to the fact that I had
recommended these on recommendation of my wholesaler...they is not around
anymore). I only shipped three of these as most of the customers,
fortunately, were reasonable. The ones they shipped back were obviously
*used and abused*, not the originals and took a month + to get back.

Maybe they have improved now as this was about three years ago. Of course
they would have to hire someone that spoke bare English as a minimum.

I'll get off this box now. Once again I do appreciate you position and hope
you always have continued good luck with KDS. Of course, in all fairness,
many of these off-shore OEMs have similar issues..............so.........
