I am having a problem with upgrading the RAM on my
computer. Currently it is at 16MB(I know slow as
molasses) and I purchased an additional 32MB(2 72 pin
SIMMS 16MB on each SIMM). Here is the problem when I
put the new SIMMs in Bank 1 my computer only does a
memory check up to 32MB. It will not go up to the
required 48MB. As well, when I take out my SIMMs from
Bank 0 and replace them with the new SIMMs I purchased
the computer does the base memory check and then stops
completely.
Any suggestions?

Cathy
