I would back up any personal data and then reformat the hdd. You are bound
to have a lot of "junk" on the drive that you dont need/want. Make the new
hdd the master and the old one the slave. Newer drives tend to be faster,
esp. if the other one is more than a few years old. Re-install the apps and
away you go.
