I'll keep this brief. I'm trying to install a wireless 4D mouse, I get it installed, but when I try to set it up, it says I have another mouse or mouse program installed & to remove it. The user guide, also says to uninstall any mouse drivers or applications, before installing the wireless. It also says to completely remove the drivers, they must be inactive, then right click on wireless symbol on the right corner task bar, then click exit. If I remove my universal drivers, I can't actuate set up & there's no symbol on the task bar. I end up shutting down. So,in the end, I'm unable to use either the wireless or the universal.
