Usually that means that the CD software is remembering the last disk
contents, because it is unaware that the old CD has been ejected.  It's a
pain, but try using the "Eject" SOFTWARE option from your
software.  (rather than pressing the button).  That way the software is
aware of the cd change, and should update correctly.
You MIGHT try browing the CD and pressing F5 to refresh, but that's just
off the top of my head and I haven't tried it.
