I've just installed a new mobo,processor,memory,floppy,cd-rom, and,HD with a new case and 250w power supply. When I power up-the power on led does not come on but, the cd-rom and HD do. I've inserted the set-up mobo cd in and, still nothing.  I don't get a "beep" either. The following lists my components:
Intel CA810 mobo with video and sound on board.
32mb memory-pc66
Intel celeron 633 fcpga processor-
Maxtor 10.2gb HD-
