I don't know about the sound problem, but the LS-120 should connect to your
IDE interface and be recognized by the OS. The BIOS should not be involved
except if you want to boot from the LS-120 device. The floppy interface
would not be used if the LS-120 is installed.

Then I found another problem. I am using the onboard audio(since my
soundcard is ISA and there are no ISA slots on this board). I installed the
drivers that came with it and I am only getting sound out of the left
speaker. PCI soundcards are cheap enough, but I thought the onboard audio
might do. I'd also like to install an LS-120 I have laying around, but I'm
not sure if this board supports it. It is mentioned in the BIOS manual, but
nowhere in BIOS setup. Thanks.
