Also you can go to 'view' on the top of explorers window and click 'view as a
web page' there. Explorer memorizes the last setting for a number of folders
but I dont recall how many that is until it forgets and goes back to default.
Also at the bottom of the 'view' list is 'folder options' and you can check
the last option to see things as HTML/web content.
