The first thing I would try is a right-click on a desktop icon, select
properties and see if maximize is selected. If the links use a
browser, call up your browser in max position, then minimize it, Then
all links should come up maximized. Try Firefox for tabbed browsing.

Subject: [PCBUILD] Internet Explorer Problems

: Hi there; I hope someine can help me with this problem:
:
: for the past few days whenever I click on a link or on one of my
desktop items I do not get the full screen of the thing I have clicked
on. All I get is the blue strip at the top of the screen which I then
have to expand to see the whole page.
:
: Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what I can to to
rectify it?
:
: Thanks in advance.
