Holli,

My vote would be for HP.  They are rugged, durable, and can
withstand the onslaught of a gaggle of teens and/or tweens.

There are several companies that make clear vinyl dust covers OR
you could let your campers make the covers during arts and crafts...
or whatever you call it.

For off season storage, just repack the printer in it's original
plastic bag and box.  Just make sure you dry out and repack the
silica gel package in the box.
