I tested the power supply with an ATX tester from PC Power & Cooling and it
checks out OK.

The monitor displays a "NO SIGNAL" message. I removed and reinstalled the
graphics card
and results were the same.

Subject: POST: no beep(s) or post error msg on screen

> I am building a new system as we speak. I always do a bearbones setup
with cpu, memory, kb, graphics card & mouse. On boot up I hear no beeps nor
do any POST error messages come on the screen. All the fans, including the
PS, work. The monitor show its adjustment screen, but nothing else.
