  This program is the one that is supposed to collect details when some 
other application crashes.  Not a good sign!

  I'm not sure that Dell was making any machines 8 years ago that met the 
minimum system requirements for XP.  RAM?  CPU?  Do you see the disk 
activity light on a lot?  I'm guessing it may be spending far too much of 
the time shuffling virtual memory items between RAM and disk....
