You can do it with a Win 98 SE startup floppy. I use my Win 98 SE startup floppy for that with XP Pro and 2K. Formatting is formatting is formatting unless you want to format in NTSF, which the Win 98 SE floppy can't do.

>I want to format my hard drive, which has XP Home edition installed. I am used to formatting disks with 98SE on them. Is the procedure similar, is there anything I need to watch out for. Thanks in anticipation.
