Just a follow up asking the group to ignore this request. I solved it
right after by adding the sb address  /sbp:220.

I need to access a panasonic (matsushita?) cdr562 using a dos boot floppy.
The drive is connected via the sb sound card.(This cannot be changed)
Multiple attempts have been futile including the following:
   device=a:\cdmke41.sys /d:mscd001   (config.sys)

   device=a:\sbide.sys /d:mscd001
