PII and Celeron Dimms

In a configuration I´m building( Hot 681, celeron 366 ppga, 2 X 32 DIMMS-64
MB- pc 100) everything goes OK with AMIdiags as long as I have 32 MB or
change to celeron 333 cpu. If I change to celeron 366  with 64 MB, memory
test fails.
In an advertisement I read about dimms " work with celeron and PII"
Is there any difference between dimms for PII and for cleron?
