as u have asked for a suggestion let me tell u something. there is no
tv tuner card at a price range for Rs 100/-. probably u may get a
dummy one. the price range start from Rs 1000/- and that too of a low
quality just for watching tv on ur pc. there are a lot of varieties
any tv tuner card will work, as long as it is for watching tv only.
so go ahead and buy ur choice.
