Thanks for the reply.
The problem was resolved with a better fan from Thermaltake.
"Silent 775D CPU Cooler CL-P0378"
It was still hard to install, but did not rock "back and forth"
and rip the pins out like the cheap Intel one.
(Lots of people hate these Intel fans.)

I didn't go with the "spring loaded" bolt through design as planned.
People said they get loose and have "different" problems.

I guess that is progress... (I liked the two to 6 "hooks" on the sides
of soc "A" types...)
