    Pretty safe.  You need to unplug the system from the wall, open the
power-supply "box", determine the size and voltage of the fan, shop for a
replacement, and install it.  Note that the "box" carries labels such as
"Danger" and "No user-servicable parts".

  This is the safest and simplest option.  There are a few basic popular
shapes/sizes of power supply -- pick one that matches what you've got, has
enough "drive" power leads for your devices, enough "oomph!" to start up
your system, and preferably one that is UL-certified; should run $30-50.
