Those are Scandisk's results of fixing the "Lost clusters" error on
your hard drive. Usually, these files can (and must) be deleted.

This error occurs during bad installations, power failures, freezings
and for a number of other unpleasant reasons.

The common reason of this error is a large file is being written, with
file size set to 0 and starting cluster not specified in the directory
listing (DOS/Win does it until the write is finished). If the computer
is powered down at this moment, this will create a chain of clusters
that are not marked as free, but are not connected to any existing
file either -- they effectively reduce the available free space.
Scandisk detects those, and options to fix are "Save" or "Delete". The
latter disposes of the chains immediately, the former allows to check
the contents for something useful.
