This is a follow up to an unresolved previous post.
 The equipment:
-ECS G31T-M mobo (micro atx)
-(1) 2gig stick of corsair xms2 DDR2 ram
-400 watt PS
-Intel Q9600 Quad processor
-Optiarc DVD RW (AD 7200A) drive
-WD caviar 320g sata hd

In my previous post, my problem was boot up only went as far as the
mobo splash screen with instructions how to enter setup and no
response to mouse or keyboard. I got frustrated figuring it was a bad
mobo and set it aside till I recently ran across a post test board I
had forgotten having.

I tried it out and got a code which the booklet showed to mean
"Configure advanced chipset registers" I have no idea how to go about
doing this and wonder if it's even possible considering I have no
mouse or keyboard response.
