    As far as I know any modem will. Just look for one that has full duplex
capabilities. I don't think it has to have that but it allows you to send
and receive at the same time, unlike half duplex which is like talking on
walkie-talkies, i.e. only one can key the mike and be heard at the same
time.

    I don't think that matters. See above answer.

    It depends. Internet Explore and Netscape Navigator come with
Conferencing software, which can do this. There is also" Mediaring" and
"Internet Phone" and a bunch of others you can use. I think all of them
require the people you want to talk to, to have the same software
