I stripped the system to barebones cpu/hs&fan, single stick of ram in 0/1
slot and AGP card.
Had the mb and power supply out of the case sitting on an anti-static pad.

I purchased a new stick of Kingston DDR ram and installed it in place of the
original stick.
No go.

I removed the 1.5 volt AGP card and stuck in a new out of the box PCI card.
Put the PCI card
in every PCI slot.
No go.
