 From the couple of message you have posted to PCBUILD
it is obvious that you have had trouble finding the Bios flash
utility for the AMI Bios and your Bios upgrade file for the
DataExpert TX531 motherboard.  I was finally able to locate
both the AMI flash utility and your upgrade file.  We zipped both
together for you and hung it in our FTP download area.  Use
your web browser and you can download the files you need
at the URL below, (Fluidlight.com is The NOSPIN Group's FTP
site):    ftp://ftp.fluidlight.com/pub/nospin_files/tx531.zip
