Hi,
It may just be that you've got the ribbon  round the wrong way.
I would try disconnecting all drives just to see if it's starting ok, you'll
get a display on the screen.
Once you've got that far, add the drives one at a time.
Might be easier to format and reload the hard drive and start from scratch
with it. (Alot of systems let you do these things directly from the windows
cd, so there may be no need to use the floppy disk)(if you do this, you may
have to go into the bios and change the boot sequence to tell it to look for
the CD drive on start up rather than the A drive first.)
