One word fits both questions... No.
I am assuming the speaker you are talking about is some
where around the size of a dime to 1 1/2 inches...
There "used to be" a win3.1 software speaker driver that
"emulated" a sound card as ONE bit audio, but it was so
poor and used so many resources it was abandoned.
(I believe the "smallest" sound card gives 8 bit audio...)

Can anyone out there tell me how I can play my mp3s using my
PC's internal speaker? Is it possible? I am using Win95.
