Hey PCBuilders,


This is regarding the fact that my computer reboots
and will not shutdown.  Another strange thing is that
the "Run" box has a file listed in it "winipefg" --
Like it's stuck in memory.  I've never brought up a
rund dialog box that already had something in it
before.

Any ideas?

Now I have another problem.

Road Runner was installed on my computer this
afternoon.
Now when I do a shutdown it will not shutdown -- it
reboots.

Anybody got any idea what to do to fix this?
