If the video card and RAM is decent then the software DVD decoder
usually works OK with a CPU above 300 MHZ. I bought my wife a Dell 450
Pentium III with 8X DVD, 16 MB Voodoo card and 256 MB RAM. DVD movies
play flawlessly.
