While installing my Zip drive software I got an error, it read "Windows
Protection Fault - Restart your computer".

I have never had a Windows Protection Fault.

What is a Windows Protection Fault?

What can cause Windows Protection Faults?

What can I do to correct this error?

This all began when I upgraded my motherboard. I am using a FIC-503+
motherboard with 32M memory, 3.2G western digital HD and a Cyrex 233
processor.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

George Helm
