I got one of these last year from buy.com, Hawking Tech PN200TK. See

For $90US, it is a great deal. It has an RJ45/11 crimper, 110 and 66 block punch
tool, stripper, cable tester (RJ45 and RJ11 and USB), plus some plugs.
