Hello everyone, I would like to ask for some questions. I am working as a
technical support staff in our company. And one of our clients used a P3
machine running with Windows XP Home Edition. For connectivity purposes,
he used a modem via USB which he bought from a friend of his in their
place. For months, it was working well. But after almost a year, the
machine would suddenly go into "Blue Screen" and it stated that "there was
a hardware/software change which caused the hang-up" wherein no changes
were made either in hardware or software. Any suggestions which I could
isolate the problem? I have a bad feeling that it is either the hardware's
USB slot or the device itself but I can't tell him which is which. Hope I
can hear from you guys soon, thanks!!!

Frederick
