HELP!!!! For my Logitec Wingman Rumblepad, I need a self powered USB hub, because it's required according to readme!!!!

Where can I get one???? I hope I don't have to replace my motherboard!!!!
 Logitech Wingman Rumblepads will not work with bus-powered USB hubs!!!!
 I found out in it's readme file after with Windows 98 SE, even when I followed the correct driver installation procedures, Windows 98 SE would fail to properly
detect the 2.4 ghz cordless Logitech Wingman Rumblepad controller and I was
getting an exclamation point in Device Manager. I ended up finding out that a
self-powered USB hub is required according to it's readme file after wrestling
with Device Manager. HELP!!!!
