You are correct. They are Dimms that are EDO. And they will be hard to find.
Here are the specs from Dell:

      DIMM sockets 2, gold contacts
      DIMM capacities 16-, 32-, 64-, and 128-MB nonparity (Gn uses

      Cache memory 256-KB pipelined-burst, direct-mapped, write-back SRAM
or,
      512-KB pipelined-burst, direct-mapped, write-back SRAM on systems with
Enhanced Manageability (EM)
      BIOS address F0000h
