Dear Listers,
 We have two devices (palm pilot and a mike)to be attached to a serial
port, but only one serial port available. What would be better: get
another serial port or use a splitter ?

The machine is dell xps 700, 256 MB RDRAM, 20 GB hard disk, win98SE.
