Unless you have hit the F8 key when your screen says Starting Windows 95,
and chosen to boot to a previous version of DOS, (later Win95 builds and
non-upgrades may not allow this) you are not truly booted in DOS.  A better
way to 'boot to DOS' is to boot using your Win95 startup disk.  At the A:\>
prompt, you should now be able to use your flashing disk.

Be very exacting about following the on-screen prompts as you go through
the flash process.  Save your previous bios when instructed to do so.  You
may need to flash back to it if your machine doesn't perform as it should.
