Thank you all for more suggestions.
I checked the website out. If I choose home use and 4 or more HD, it
suggests 425W, Same thing with business, it suggests 450W. If I choose 2-3
HD and home use, it suggests 300W.
When I turned on my computer last night. I heard constant big noise coming
from a fan somewhere. It might be from the power supply. I will explore
more tonight. If it's from power supply, I probably need to change it. My
enclosure is actually designed for server although I use it as a regular
station.

I might also swap my scsi card out and put the IDE card see if the problem
comes back.

Best regards,

Changhsu Liu
