Also, in addtition to my last email regarding downloading with zone alarm running, I have noticed also that an 'unknown process' keeps attempting to access the internet. (Maybe these unknown processes are something to do with the update?)
I usually refuse it access, which sometimes leads to problems for a while (regarding internet connections)
I'm becoming increasingly convinced that these 'unknown processes' are something to do with the updates I'm constantly being offered.
