Keep the IDE HD alone as master on your primary IDE, you'll benefit
performance wise. Check with the CD-RW manufacturer on how it should be
installed.  I have a similar set-upon my computer. My CD-RW maker recommends
that it be used as a slave to the CD-ROM, together, on the secondary IDE
channel.
